I followed your steps and they do not work--so yes, we need further assistance. What bothers me re: your final response is you direct us back to an October 6, solution for what was described above as a March 1, update problem meaning--this problem didn't show up until March 1, so please don't direct us to an Oct. In my home, after your March 1, Windows 10 update-- all three laptops in the home immediately could no longer access the internet. The day before--and of course during the update, these three laptops were all able to access the internet via wifi.
Not surprisingly, my ipad which of course doesn't run on Windows 10 was able access the internet via wifi on March 1, so, this isn't a wifi problem. All three computers can access the internet via ethernet connection. All three laptops months earlier downloaded Windows 10 and were able to access the internet via wifi just fine until March 1, And here we sit -- 5 days into the problem--and Microsoft has no answer to our problem.
The internet is full of posts all stating Windows 10 upgrades effect wifi in some of the laptops out there. I've tried every "solution" posted by Microsoft, Youtube, and every other crack pot post out there.
So, again--do me the courtesy of either providing a 'new' solution, admitting you have no clue, promising a fix in the next update or tell me where I can sell three non-functional laptops with Windows We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. After that, you will be redirect to an option screen. When you use System Restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you installed are removed.
Here, Select "Just remove my files". Click reset when prompted. Windows will restart and take several minutes to reset itself. You can also follow the below link for further troubleshooting:. Please back up all your data. Before attempting a reset. Also Please ensure that you have all necessary license keys, certificates, data etc needed to install all your apps and activating your windows 10 again.
