When I fill in the correct things of another account I ever had I get logged in with that account but that account is deleted for already a long time now and when Im logged in on the launcher with my deleted account, I get logged out once Im in the main menu and cant log back in with my deleted account in the main menu but I can log back in again in the Sims 3 launcher.
Can somebody help me out please? I already tried clearing out IE cache and that of Google and deleted some files, I basically tried everything that is recommended. HubbFamily12 Clear the browser cache for Internet Explorer. Even if you never use it, the game does for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.
This is why I didn't respond to your comment before now. If so, you can start copying your content from the old game folder to the new one in batches, testing each time to see whether you can still login. I'm now having this issue.
Though I didn't have it just a couple of months ago. I stayed logged into my account on my computer. Now I'm having to play it off of a laptop and it won't let me log in. I already tried clearing IE and it still wont let me log in.
I've been searching and searching for other possible answers and I can't find any. I really feel like if this has been an issue for almost three years, they really should of done a patch on it by now, no?

To be honest, EA is useless. They seem to just want your money and couldn't care less if you can't play. AlHollandiyah , thanks for sharing what troubleshooting you've completed to date. Could you confirm if you've tried those steps already? With IE I first tried just clearing the history, with all options checked except for 'keep favorite cookies' , as I read somewhere on this forum.
With Resetting IE I mean the option where you go to Advanced in Internet Settings, click the reset button, check the 'delete personal settings' button and then reboot your pc when all that is done. As for the login workaround, I just tried that, but in the game I will get the error that my login info is incorrect and I still can't login.
And I made triple sure I didn't make any typos by copy pasting what works on the website and origin! I have tried everything you suggested and read through all questions and answers regarding this issue and none of them helped me.
I tried to log in from inside the game and even that is not working because when I enter my correct details it says the details are invalid when they are not.
