I would guess the best thing to do is to start with a file that you know is working and then test after each change. The type mismatch error is probably referring to a variable. If you were to hit the debug when this error occurs it should take you to the offending line of code. If the program error handler prevents you from doing this then comment out the error handler at the start of the code with an apostrophe. The default error handler then should appear with the debug button.
